1. What products do you handle?
We offer completely customised products for your pet:
・Custom pet ID tags ・Custom pet collars ・Pet memorial items (necklace-style urns, coat memorial bracelets, etc.)
・Pet goods (pet-themed apparel, tote bags, mugs, etc.)
All items are handmade and can be engraved with a photo, name or message.
2. How to customize?
When ordering you can upload:
・Pet's photo or design data ・Pet's name and message (e.g. ♡ A member of the family ♡)
We also provide free image quality adjustment services.
3. How long will it take to ship?
・Normally: Ships within 24 hours after order confirmation ・All products: Ships within 48 hours *This may be longer depending on the complexity of the design.
4. How long will it take to deliver?
Shipping worldwide with DHL, UPS, SF OCS Express etc.:
・Usually 3 to 5 business days (Varies by region)

5. Is international shipping available?
yes We can deliver to most countries and regions. We will deliver safely and quickly.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
As this is a custom-made product, returns and exchanges are not possible unless the product is faulty or due to our mistake. is.

7. How to check the delivery status
Once shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
